Looking for calmer days and easier routines?
You're in the right place!
Hi, I’m Tiffany!
I’m a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner (CBSP). I support families using both professional training and real-life parenting experience. As a mom of three, I’ve been through many of the same challenges parents share with me — bedtime struggles, picky eating, sibling conflict, and public meltdowns — which helps me approach each situation with practicality and empathy.
My Credentials & Experience
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner (CBSP)
Advanced training in sleep support for children with additional needs
Experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, and related developmental differences
What Shapes My Approach
My work combines behavioral science with the realities of everyday parenting. After supporting many families with different needs, I focus on helping parents understand what’s driving behavior and how to respond in ways that are realistic to use at home — not just in theory.
Working Together
You know your child and your family best. I offer guidance, structure, and practical strategies so we can work together toward routines and skills that feel more manageable over time.
About SEA Behavioral Consulting
I’m Tiffany, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Behavioral Sleep Practitioner who helps families understand their child and build practical strategies that work in real life.
My Mission
I support families of children ages 2–12 — including many with autism, ADHD, and other neurodiverse needs — in creating calmer routines, more manageable days, and better sleep. My approach is collaborative and grounded in behavior science, helping parents make practical changes that fit their real lives and lead to lasting improvements.
My Approach
We work as a team - You know your child and your family best. I bring guidance and perspective so we can figure out what will help most.
Individualized support - Strategies are tailored to your child’s development, your routines, and your parenting style.
Evidence-based & practical- Recommendations come from behavioral research and are adapted so they’re realistic to use at home.
Built for everyday life - Plans are designed to work within busy schedules, not perfect conditions.
The Meaning Behind SEA
People often ask what SEA stands for in SEA Behavioral Consulting.
Originally, it came from the first initials of my three children — a small way of honoring the reason I do this work.
Over time, SEA has taken on an even deeper meaning. It reflects the values that guide how I support families.
Science-Based
Grounded in behavioral sleep science and evidence-based parent coaching.
Empathy-Led
Respecting your child’s needs and your parenting values.
Action-Oriented
Because strategies should work in real life — not just on paper.
