As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Certified Behavioral Sleep Specialist, I help families with children ages 2–12 finally get the sleep and behavior support they've been looking for.

With over 17 years of experience — and as a mom of three — I understand what it's actually like to implement strategies in a busy family. My approach is collaborative and practical: we figure out what's driving the challenges, build a plan that fits your family, and I support you as you put it into practice.
