These terms apply to your use of seabehavioral.com, my emails, and the free and paid resources I offer online. By using the site or downloading a resource, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Professional and educational disclaimer

Information shared on this website, blog, emails, handouts, and free resources is for educational purposes only and does not create a client–provider relationship. Behavioral and sleep support services begin only after a formal consultation and signed service agreement. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and do not guarantee similar outcomes. Each child and family situation is unique. Content provided here is not a substitute for individualized behavioral, medical, legal, or therapeutic advice. Families should consult appropriate professionals regarding specific concerns.

If you have a concern about your child's health, development, or safety, please talk with your child's pediatrician or another qualified professional. In an emergency, call 911.

Services

Individualized services, such as sleep support, parent coaching, and behavior support, are governed by a separate service agreement signed before services begin. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the service agreement controls.

Free and paid resources

My downloads, guides, schedules, protocols, and other materials are for your personal and family use. You're welcome to print them and use them at home. Please don't copy, resell, share publicly, post online, or use them in a professional or commercial setting without my written permission. If you're a professional interested in using my materials with families, I'm happy to talk about it.

Purchases and refunds

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Because digital products are delivered immediately and can't be returned, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. If you have trouble accessing something you purchased, contact me at tmarrelli@seabehavioral.com and I'll make it right.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and downloadable materials, belongs to SEA Behavioral Consulting unless otherwise noted. You may share a link to my blog posts or a short excerpt with credit and a link back to the original.

Testimonials are shared with permission and reflect the experiences of individual families. Results vary, and testimonials do not guarantee a particular outcome for your child or family.

The site may link to other websites or resources. I don't control those sites and am not responsible for their content or practices.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Delaware County, Ohio.
