When Bedtime Feels Impossible and Parenting Feels Hard

Helping families navigate sleep, behavior, and parenting with compassion and evidence-based tools.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) & Certified Behavioral Sleep Specialist • Columbus, Ohio

You know your child better than anyone, but some days parenting feels impossible.

Bedtime battles that stretch for hours. Meltdowns over seemingly small things. The constant feeling that you should have this figured out by now.

You've tried the books, the blogs, the routines. You've been consistent. But your family's challenges feel bigger than one-size-fits-all advice.

What if there was support designed for your actual life—not the Pinterest version of parenting?

An Approach That Actually Fits Your Family

Every family is different, which is why cookie-cutter solutions don't work. I take time to understand your unique situation, your child's personality, and what your family actually needs - not what a book says you should do.

What to Expect:

  • Collaborative planning that honors your instincts and values

  • Strategies that work with your real life (not perfect scenarios)

  • Support when things don't go perfectly - because they won't

  • Focus on sustainable changes that grow with your family

Curious About the Process?

Here's exactly what to expect when we work together

Step 1: Free 15-Minute Discovery Call

We'll talk through your biggest challenges, I'll explain how my approach works, and you'll leave with clarity on whether we're a good fit and what your next steps could be.

Step 2: Deep-Dive Assessment

I'll spend time understanding your child's unique patterns, what you've already tried, and what environmental or developmental factors might be contributing to the challenges.

Step 3: Your Custom Plan

Together, we'll create strategies specifically designed for your child's temperament, your family's schedule, and your parenting values.

Step 4: Implementation with Support

You won't be doing this alone. I'll guide you through every step, answer your questions, troubleshoot obstacles, and celebrate wins along the way.

While every child is different, most families start feeling more confident and seeing positive changes within the first few weeks.

 FAQs

  • I'm one of the only Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) in Columbus who is also a Certified Behavioral Sleep Specialist. This unique combination means I can address both sleep challenges and underlying behavioral factors using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis techniques, especially for children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences.

  • Absolutely! I specialize in supporting both neurotypical and neurodiverse children. My BCBA training and experience with autism spectrum disorders means I understand the unique sleep challenges these children face and can create individualized approaches that traditional sleep training doesn't address.

  • Yes! While I focus on Columbus, Dublin, Westerville, Powell, Delaware, and Central Ohio families, I provide telehealth services nationwide. Virtual consultations are just as effective and allow me to support families anywhere.

  • I work with children ages 2-12 and their families. Most families can schedule their free discovery call within a couple of weeks and their assessment shortly after that.

  • No. My approach is family-centered and respects your values and comfort level. For children with autism or sensory differences, harsh methods can actually be counterproductive. Instead, I use gradual, behavior-based strategies that build positive sleep associations while supporting your child's unique needs.

  • “We loved working with Tiffany, and my daughter, looked forward to seeing her each week. She matched her energy and excitement and was awesome at coming up with hands on learning activities no matter the subject area. She was super patient with my daughter and was always willing to go in a different direction or redirect if needed. She managed it so seamlessly that it made me want to change my approach because she responded so well to her.  My daughter’s communication and social skills improved as Tiffany found creative ways to practice those skills and our family noticed the difference in our day to day with her. We would be happy to recommend Tiffany to anyone.”

  • Tiffany was instrumental in creating ABA programming and behavioral interventions for our daughter to learn and progress on her educational goals, activities of daily living, and social skills.  She was able to create an environment for learning and is very patient and has a passion for her work.  She saw our daughter’s abilities and celebrated every bit of progress along the way.
